Kevin CatonChief Executive Officer
Kevin is a Kalkadoon man originally from North Queensland, was schooled in the Northern Territory and now resides in Western Australia. He has 25 years experience in Indigenous Affairs field nationally consulting to mining companies, contractors, building companies, government and Indigenous organisations nationally.

Kevin has had extensive experience with both State and Federal government. Firstly, with various Commonwealth Departments as an Indigenous manager and overseeing the development, implementation and reviewing of specific policies and strategies. The cornerstones being the ATSI Economic Development Policy and strategies on Indigenous self determination. These policies formed the foundation for Commonwealth agencies and their dealings with Indigenous communities and individuals. Kevin was also responsible for the development and implementation of DEETYA and DSS’s National Cross Cultural Awareness Training Program. The program was targeted firstly at all senior managers and then included all the rank and file staff from both departments.
The WA State Government agency DIA approached and then contracted Kevin to take on the role of Regional Director of the Pilbara. He was tasked with the duties of large cultural changes with in the department that involved developing significant behavioral changes from staff requiring a shift in mindset when dealing with the Indigenous community. Policy and strategy were also developed for NGO’s funded by DIA. The core of which were to assist communities to be more efficient and effective with their funding but also outlined the organisation’s responsibilities.
Kevin’s exposure to the mining and construction industry is vast. He has held national senior management roles consulting to various national companies.

Daniel WrightChief Operating Officer
After graduating from the Royal Military College and serving in the Army for 10 years, Daniel joined the private workforce as a management professional and has had significant experience in servicing clients in a wide range of industries.
After graduating from the Royal Military College and serving in the Army for 10 years, Daniel joined the private workforce as a management professional and has had significant experience in servicing clients in a wide range of industries.
Daniel has a wealth of experience in conducting risk assessments, developing management plans and more recently in high profile infrastructure management. Daniel has worked in some of Australia’s most remote and harsh environments, with similar experiences throughout Asia and the Middle East.
Daniel’s knowledge of remote area logistics is vast; in his current role he presides over contracts throughout Australia, from Groote Eylandt in the country’s north, to Alice Springs in the centre.
In 2014, Daniel joined Executive Risk Solutions as an Operations Manager, quickly becoming the General Manager for the Australasian region. After the collaboration with Kevin Caton to establish Accurate, Daniel was appointed as the Chief Operations Officer in recognition of his operational knowledge and remote area management and logistics.
Daniel is known for his superior client relationship management skills; under his supervision both Accurate and ERS have forged enviable client relationships and are known for retaining their clients.

Scott HoustonDirector
A former member of the Australian Special Air Services Regiment, Scott has served in senior military and corporate roles across a diverse range of international environments. In 2008, Scott founded Executive Risk Solutions as a specialized consultancy in the areas of security and emergency management.

After building a healthy portfolio of Blue Chip and heavy industry clients, in 2012 ERS was awarded a major contract with Roy Hill Iron Ore, providing remote camp services, security, safety and emergency response. This contract launched ERS’ contracting capabilities and led to a period of rapid and healthy growth. ERS quickly became an award winning company under Scott’s leadership, winning the WA Rising Star Award in 2014 and the Telstra Overall Business of the Year Award in 2015.
Recognizing the potential within Accurate STP, Scott quickly invested in the company and is now one of Accurate’s directors, bringing with him an enviable network and a sophisticated knowledge of remote area operations and management.
